The Hope Mills Fire Department will be conducting a live fire exercise on Saturday, June 27, 2015 from 7am - 7pm at the former Hope Mills Golf Course located at 3625 Golfview Road. This exercise will assist in honing interior and exterior firefighting skills and will culminate in the demolition of the entire structure. This exercise will create large volumes of smoke at times, we are not able to control wind currents so please keep all windows closed and cover any exterior items as some soot will be produced. We also recommend using caution driving in the area as well as limiting outdoor exposure for you and your pets during this event. Thank you for your continued support during this training exercise.
